
Audi TCU Temic VL381 Multitronic tuning using TunerPro xdf.

New TunerPro bin calibration file (XDF) for Audi and Seat multitronic gearbox with TCU control unit Temic VL381.
It is based on the principles of a continuously variable transmission (CVT).
Multitronic gearbox was offered on Audi and Seat front wheel drive version. It is neither compatible with the quattro four wheel drive system, nor transverse engine installations such as in the Audi A3.
At first, in the 01J model the torque limit was 310Nm, but the later model (0AW) transmission is modified to withstand 400Nm torque.

Knowledge, experience, calibration studies and bench tests are the starting point for the development of the above mentioned bin definition files (xdf).
A free tuning software combined with competitive prices (60 euro) are the milestones of our philosophy.
Through the definition files, the remapping software TunerPro identifies the engine working parameters which allow to obtain the maximum power and torque without affecting the degree of reliability.
TunerPro is a binary files editor, not able to read and write the engine control unit. To do this, you need an external tool. We don’t provide information about these tools.

- Engine torque: maximum permissible engine torque, engine torque.
- RPM: maximum RPM in S mode, minimum RPM in S mode.
- Acceleration: maximum acceleration.
- RPM threshold: RPM threshold D mode, RPM threshold S mode.
- Pedal Angle: driving pedal angle constant drive.
